rāe was born out of our team's vision at Upland Brewing Co., Indiana's third-largest craft brewery. We saw a growing demand for a craft beverage that was not only innovative but also aligned with the more mindful and aesthetic preferences of a new generation of consumers. Our development of rāe was informed by detailed market research (SMARI) that helped us understand what modern consumers were looking for in their drinks. This led us to create a sparkling golden ale that not only tastes great but looks appealing too, carving out a unique niche in the craft beer landscape.

rāe may not taste like all the beers you're used to, but this is definitely a beer! It’s a sparkling golden ale crafted with natural ingredients like malted barley, lemon, ginger, and mineral-rich pink Himalayan sea salt.

Word on the street is it's better than a shandy. It's got a lemon kick with a gentle hint of ginger that creates a taste that’s crisp and satisfying. rāe is ideal for anyone who loves their drinks clean and full of natural flavor.
